heating fish house

not sure if this the right place for this but here goes
i want to reduce my leccy bills in my fish house as in winter goes nuts so i wanted to heat the room with central heating radiators running of of my boiler or use a couple of heat exchangers to heat the water.
space is approx 19 sq meters plus another section approx 7 sq meters, insulated with 4 inches of polystyrene in walls and 6 inches in the roof.
running approx 6500 litres spread over 6 tanks plus approx 1200 litres coral table rock vat.
cost of radiators is £740 fitted as a seperate heating zone running independant of house question is howe much will i save percentage wise as intial cost is high but winter running is even higher?
cheers for any help

If you have the room and the cash up front, geothermal is the most effective.

Bill Wann lives just south of me and uses geothermal to run heat exchangers on a 22,000 gallon system.
