Whats in your auto feeder and how many times a day is it feeding?

I mixed up some small sinking pellets, some bulk flake a friend gave me and am feeding it twice a day out of my auto feeder. Now that I am low on both pellets and flake I am wondering what everyone else is feeding and how often?

That all relies on how your tank is stocked. I feed both of my tanks twice a day. Once with baby brine shrimp and later with ROE; from Reef Nutrition, or coral frenzy. I alternate days with the ROE and coral frenzy as well as some mysis. Both of my tanks have a mediumish bioload if that helps.

I am just looking to see what people are feeding in auto feeders. I feed a multitude of frozen and some reef nutrition stuff as well, but that's more sporadic.

current fish list is
hippo tang
two perc clowns
two firefish
flame hawkfish
three chromis
matted filefish
bicolor dottyback

I plan to add a trio of anthias and a midas blenny but that's about it till I upgrade.

I feed a mix of Mysis, brine shrimp, copepods, daphnia and occasionally some other frozen foods in my auto feeder, about 4 times per day. Of course, my auto feeder is designed to feed (thawed) frozen foods.

I have nls pellets in my eheim spinning twice daily. I had a harem of lyretail anthias in my last tank that loved the stuff. My new harem doesn't touch anything but frozen unfortunately. My kole tang and clowns go bonkers for the pellets though!
