T5 hanging kits with easy adjustable heights HELP PLEASE

I was looking for a system that doesn't require power where I can easily adjust the lights up and down when doing maintenance on the tank to get them out of the way. All the hanging kits I ever owned you would have to pull up on the wire one side at a time then press the button back in to lower them again one side at a time Over time the wire always seems to fray on me. I don't understand with the hundreds if not thousands we put into these light fixtures why the hanging kits are such poo. I finally found something that will work while watching a youtube video. A crank system on a pulley but the guy in the video lives in China and I cant find anything like it online here in the states. Anyone know where I can get such a system here.

Here is a link to the video. Fast forward to 6:20 in to see the light pulley system. Its pure genius in my opinion.

Hmmmm.... Tough one. Wires seems to work fine for me though!

Good luck

Can you get a suspended clothes airer? They usually have a pulley system to raise and lower and aren't mind blowingly expensive.
