Help to identify this

I noticed this yellowish/brownish spots on my rocks. Are they algae, diatom, or something else?

I'm in day #14 on cycling. Lights always off.
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 2.18 ppm
Nitrate 52 ppm
Phosphate 0
Salinity 1.026
ph 7.8-8.0
temp 78 F

Hope you can see them on the pictures

I would say it's Diatoms.
