Skimmer Recommendations
Going to be getting a Red Sea reefer 250. What skimmer would you guys recommend? New to skimmers so what features should I be looking for? Plus what is a good price point?

If you looking for a good performing budget skimmer, look at the Bubble Magus Curve 5. Something a little more expensive and better built, take a look at the IceCap skimmers.

When I build my reefer 250 I'll be using a nyos quantum 160. Just because I've seen other reefer 250 tanks that I admire and that's what they were using, plus they're supposedly quiet.
One of said tanks: http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/sh....php?t=2573743

Check out the smaller Avast skimmer. It would be oversized a little, not a bad thing. I run the smaller one on my 150g and I like it.

Take a look at the Simplicity models. I love mines.
