Frogspawn not inflating

I have two pieces of frogspawn, each about the size of a softball. They were doing great in my 15 gallon. They took up the whole tank, looked healthy, and you couldn't ever see the skeleton/stocks because they were so inflated. Now, in my 42 gallon they do not come close to how they were in the 15. I understand that there are many factors that could be the problem like light intensity and flow but has anyone else had this problem and if so do you have any tips?

Thanks.

How long have they been in the new tank? If they were just moved, they might take a few days to get used to new parameters. Make sure they aren't getting too much flow. Any inhabitants in the new tank that weren't in the old tank that might pick on the frogspawn (e.g. emerald crabs, dwarf angels)?
