What are all these bubbles?
Is this something I should be worried about? The Fish look great as well as the few corals I have. paramiters are good as well. The tank is pretty new... about 3 months old.

There probably just oxygen bubbles being produced through photosynthesis. (algae growth)

Should I do something about them? or will they go away themselves?

Its nothing to worry about and will go away on its own..
You can hit it with a turkey baster stream if you want to knock it free.. It could either be nitrogen gas from the rock I suppose or oxygen as said above from algae/bacterial growth/process..

Just went through the same thing. It was just a phase of my tank. One day it was there and the next day about 80% of it was gone. Give it time and it should go away!
