Help ID'ing?

Can anyone help ID the little critters in my hair algae? The pics aren't great... the bugs are the silver specks in the algae.

Here's what I know:
1. My clowns love to try and eat them, and seem to twitch a bit when they catch one.
2. They are silver/clear
3. Usually not moving, but when they want to can go fast.
4. They stay on the rock, not swimming.
5. they appear almost segmented - big head section followed by a couple thinner tail sections.
6. My guess is baby bristleworms, the only critters that appeared to come with my live rock

The last picture is of some algae that I think may be dino... there are a few 2 inch strands of the algae with an air bubble keeping them extendended. Can anyone confirm?

Thanks!

They're probably just pods of some sort.

I can't tell from your picture but from your description I would say they are some type of pods which are good.
