10 Gallon Startup Questions

Hi,

In the coming weeks/months I'll be re-setting up a 10 Gallon. (No, I can't go any bigger) It's all hang on stuff, no sump. I have an aqueon power 10 filter and a reef glass nano skimmer, neither have any extra room for media bags. I want to run GFO but I'm not sure how I would do that. Are there any nano reactors, or could I tape a bag to the glass?

Also, does anyone have experience with Walt Smith reef rock 2.0, and would you recommend it?

I'm not an expert, but I don't know why you would need to run gfo as a matter of course. My 10 gallon has no skimmer, no gfo, 1 gallon water change a week and is algae free. Nitrates are 2ppm.The only difference is that I run bare bottom and am super anal about detritus management.

Yeah, I'm not really sure how much I would need it, but I love my sand and I love my fish. Ah, I'm good at DIY if I really needed to run it I would find a way I guess.

My first time around I had phos issues, I just want to keep those at bay.
