IM Nuvo 40g stock upgrade pump

I'd like to upgrade the stock pump so I don't have to have a powerhead or pump in the tank. I don't need crazy flow just enough to increase it some. I started to read the other thread but it is 100 pages long, honestly I didn't read it all. But it looks like the Sicce 2.0 is a good choice or maybe a Rio but can't remember which one. Any suggestions?? I just wanna make sure I get one that increases flow but fits in the back chamber.

Cobalt MJ1200, Sicce 2.0 are probably the two most popular on nano-reef.
