LED Shield Cleaning Question

Noticing a little film on the shield of my AI Prime lenses. Any ideas on properly cleaning them. A damp cloth with RODI seems reasonable to me but thought I would see what others do. Reluctant to use any chemicals.

Yep, damp cloth. After the lights have cooled down.
