Back to clown in distress, same one

My male clown fish was looking completely normal again, and I reintroduced to the DT. Everything was looking really good, they were interacting normally, she seemed to be happy he was back, and he ate along with the other when I fed them. Today he was swimming like he didn't see the stuff in front of him, and she started chasing him, nipping at his tail fin. He was hitting the walls like they weren't there. He's back in the QT, frankly he was way to easy to catch, I caught him in the first try. I've added copper to the water again, just in case. He doesn't have ich, or velvet, we've looked him over well. The only thing we've been able to find is that she's nipped off a tiny part of his tail fin. We can't find anything else, any suggestions?
