What is this spot on my Royal Gramma?

Should I QT him? Hes very shy and when its feeding time hes a aggressive eater (fast and precise)

I think I maybe over observing things. Even if it was ich (My QT system sucks at the moment) I think I would let it fall off after its cycle and when I noticed it I would do a vac and let the cleaner shrimp do the rest. I dont think its ich though.

We need a better picture.

The vac and cleaner shrimp won't do anything for you if it is ich.

Another possibility is worms/flukes. That can be treated in the display tank.

This, please do NOT just let it fall off!
