Which tang specie eats caulerpa

Lost my Kole tang today of nearly 7 years. Need a tang recommendation for a 80 gallon reef. He will be the only tang along with large perc, foxface, coral beauty, leapord wrasse and tailspot blenny. My Kole wouldn't touch my grape caulerpa so which specie does?

Kole tangs are algae scapers. great fish, but not good macroalgae eaters.
I think it is hit or miss for finding a tang that will eat caulerpa (and probably mostly miss).

I'd think about what tang you like the looks of that will be OKish in an 80(not a vlamingi...) rather than what will eat a particular aglae.

Grape caulerpa is pretty easy to pull out compared to other algae(hair). If you want to rid yourself of it, it should be feasible simply by pulling it out.

Haven't heard of any tangs guaranteed to eat caulerpa. Some rabbitfish do.

I'm surprised your foxface hasn't devoured it all.

I have a one spot foxface who is starting to get fat. Decided to wait on a tang for now.

A foxface is not a real rabbitfish in my book. It's true that they're a type of rabbitfish but their appetite and ability to consume macro is nothing compared to the real thing. I've had both.
