Is this on my clown a problem?

He has a white spot. Easy to see from pics.

What is ii and should I do anything about it?

Looks like lymphocytosis to me. Viral infection and not a threat to the fish. Good nutrition and water quality is the only treatment/care needed if that's what it is.
