2 Watchman Goby, 1 turned grey...now this
So 1 of my 2 Watchman Goby turned yellow to grey. I read somewhere that it was dying and some places it was a female. Either way, I now have this in my tank in their burrow. I believe they are the eggs? Not a breeder and no intentions of this happening if so. Any guidance? Best shots I could get of it, and the yellow one peeking thru. Can't get grey one to be cooperative for a pic.

Yup, you've got eggs. They will be food either before or after they hatch.

You are correct. YWG are only yellow if they are the male. Females are greyish. Back in the day when I first started in this hobby, we didn't know any better and sold them as separate species.
