Looking for granular sand
Hello,
I'm looking on amazon to buy some granular sand. I am for granular sand so it doesn't blow around the bottom of the tank/be so messy. Does anyone have anytips what to look for? Some of the carib sea aragonite says coarse but what I can tell from pics looks fine. Thanks |

Tropic Eden Reef Flakes are what I bought due to seeing a lot of positive feedback on various forums. Not a prime shipping option though =(
https://www.amazon.com/Tropic-Eden-R...7247508&sr=8-1 https://premiumaquatics.com/products...sand-30lb.html I had the same problem on my first tank. I thought super fine oolite was what the cool kids used. It was a pain, never again. Couldn't vacuum it, couldn't turn power heads up. This stuff works well, looks nice and my goby + shrimp can dig in it fine and my leopard wrasse dives into it to sleep just fine.
