Starting over advice sought

During a recent move I lost all my fish and coral. Now I'm starting over with my 180 reef tank. It will be quite some time before I start adding coral again, if at all. So I've been thinking about which fish to add to v 2.0, and just as important, which to leave out this time. The only fish I must again have are:
Whitetail bristle tooth tang
Lieutenant tang
Flame hawk fish

Considering these new additions:
Blue throat trigger
Watanabei angel
Lemon peel angel

Is that too many bigger fish for a 180? This time around I am reducing the amount of rock work for a more open feel. I also will have a few smaller fish, but no damsels or clowns this time? Any input on my stocking ideas? Any input on what to include with my must have, and want to haves?
Thanks
