Can someone identify this worm?

So, was arranging some rock and found this guy. Good or Bad?

Bristle worm i think people say they arnt that bad but either way it looks bad get it out of your tank

Generally speaking, worms without jaws are good. That does look like a polychate worm, likely a harmless bristle. In that case no worries, you have more.
