What order to stock?

Hello!

I’ve been keeping saltwater fish for about 4 years now. Today I just picked up my first ever 55 gallon tank and I’m very excited about it. I’ve already added sand and will add live rock either tomorrow or sometime within the next week (I realize this is a weird order but you work with what you’ve got sometimes). Equipment-wise, I have as follows:
1 large dual side biowheel (I know I know nitrate factory. The guy who I bought it from kept cichlids. I may remove the actual biowheels if they cause issues but it’s at least good for the carbon filters I put in)
1 HOB skimmer designed for up to 100gal (smallest they had). This is not yet Runkeeper no because the instructions said to put a 1” PVC pipe under it for the first several hours to reduce the chance for overflow.
2 powerheads for 30-55gal, one on either side of the system
Heater
Aerator
Automatic refill machine, also not currently functioning due to I need new tubing to match the new height of the tank
Basic lights

This tank, as of right now, will be a FOWLR System as I’m military and life will be so much easier for any babysitters or for me in any potential future moves if I just keep it simple.

From my 10gal, I have two fish and a handful of snails. These two fish are
1 black True Percula clown (named Onyx) and
1 yellow watchman goby (named Jasper)
These two spend so much time together and often can be found touching. It’s adorable and I love them so much and have had them for over a year now.

This is my wish list:
Possible purple tang (I know most frown upon fangs in a 56 mostly due to aggression so I may stay away from this, though I do love them so)
2 percula clowns (gotta find a baby to pair with Onyx)
Yellow watchman (M.R. Jasper)
Cirrhilabrus solorensis (wrasse)
halichoeres biocellatus
macropharyngodon bipartitus
1 blue green chromis
Coral Beauty
1-2 lawnmower blennies
A couple firefish

Now I know I almost certainly can’t have all of these but I do love them. Does anybody have any input- maybe a proper stocking list with these ideas taken into account? The clowns and goby are essential as I already have my two existing fish. These two will very obviously be the first two in the system as well because their 10gal will be transformed into my quarantine system. I’m also definitely set on getting a coral beauty.

Thanks in advance for any input!

Purple Tang needs a larger tank than 55 gallon , I have a purple Tang in a 110 gallon with a coral beauty dwark angel and a lot of live rock. I won't add any fish until I get him a larger tank in a year or so. Tangs need lots of swimming room.
