What's wrong with Kole tang
Swimming fine, eating and no behavior changes. Possibly just abrasions from the rocks?

Looks like some kind of bacterial infection possibly even mycobacterium.
How long have you had this fish? What was his QT proceedure Where did it come from? When did the spot appear?
