I now have two mp10’s and one mp40 for my 75 gallon mixed reef. Any advice on how I should place all three in my tank? Currently I have the mp10’s on the back wall and the mp40 on right side.

Try to direct/push the water coming from the return around the tank. It may take some time and trial/error to ensure there are no dead spots yet the substrate isn't blowing around.
