Brook & velvet
Hello,
I have an orange spotted Blenny in a QT/Holding tank for the last three weeks, there have been no symptoms of the two issues above is it safe to say its unlikely to develop these now, because if these had developed by now the fish would already have shown signs?

I would say your assumption is most likely correct, but I'd still wait 1 more week, just to be extra, extra sure.

Velvet fallow time is 6 weeks, not sure about brook off the top of my head. A quick google search can answer that I’m sure. You should QT a minimum of 6 weeks, 8 is better
