problem with seneye help please

hey friends
i connect seneye to my computer and this not get to app the app not work just load and load and on my seneye all options is on red light not flashing just stuck in red light i talk with seneye they dont know who help me then try connect to my computer with teamviewer and nothing do some one can have this problem?
