Sediment in water
Is this bad or good? Should I be trying to get it more clear?

If it's detritus then yeah, it's not good. Are you running a filter sock or anything like that? Also, i water overflowing into your sump? It seems like there's a lot of stuff floating on the surface. It's hard to tell from the short clip, but it didn't look like you had much flow in the tank either, which may be why it's just staying in your display and not making it into the sump.

You might try using a filter sock on your drain for a while. Even if it's just occasionally. I try not to use any mechanical filtration but i'll occasionally stir stuff up and run some filter pads or a sock to catch a lot of it.
EDIT: You can also try something like KZ Coral Snow. I use ZEOvit products currently, including Coral Snow, but I've just used Coral Snow in the past and once the cloudiness goes away, my water is crystal clear. I've not had detritus floating around like that though, it just makes the water look like glass. Similar to running GAC.
