At whatever place you have available to you that sells valves/plumbing parts..
I have zero clue whats available to you in Turkey so I can't help more than that..

Can you buy from Amazon?
Got a Home Depot?
How about Ace Hardware?
How about a plumbing supply house?
Do you even have flush toilets there and modern plumbing?

I looked at internet sites but there are others. there is no such thing. it uses neptune sytems.

What is it you want? The exact same ones/color,etc..?

Your picture is kind of tiny so its hard to see if there is something special about that valve other than its orange coloration..

When in doubt contact Neptune and ask them..

Will get you what you want.
What Neptune did was take the standard 1" slip PVC Gate Valve, pull the handle off, and paint it.

See if you can locate the items above in your area.
