Safe aquarium decoration

Hi,
Am in the process of setting up my new 12 gallon nano, and was wondering how you would know if an aquarium decoration is saltwater safe? It doesn't say on the tag if it's for fresh or saltwater. It's a SpongeBob Krusty krab ornament. . thought I'd use it as a hiding place for the goby I'm planning to get.

Thats fine to use..
Its just plastic..
Virtually all plastic is just fine to use..
If its for an aquarium of any kind its fine..

Avoid metals like copper/brass/steel,etc...

It looks like the flags/chimney/etc may be painted. If so, I'd give it a pass.

Was wondering the same thing.. I found some cute sculptures made of cold cast resin. Think that's ok?
