What is this on my glass???

When i look up close to my glass all around the tank, theres these little criters everywhere, and they move, the pic isnt that good but you can make it out. Is it like plankton or something cause i realy have no idea.

Ikd about cope pods, they look like a worm, i read it could be planaria. But i hope it is just some copepods, great excuse for a mandarin

If they are slowly creeping around they could be flatworms. Do they have a V shaped tail?
