AI Prime not working

I was wondering if it even happens to some of you. came back home and my AI prime light was not ON. The LED is red (barely noticeable), so I unplugged everything and try restarting it. The next day, it is still same issue. On touch, it is not even hot. Still have that red LED light and it is not connection to the app. I turned my wifi off, reset it and still have the same problem.

Thank you for you help

Red blinking is overheating. Solid red might mean the motherboard is **** and needs to be replaced. You can try a hard reset and see if that works, but I would plan on replacing the motherboard.
