Is Kessel A360w strong enough for 50G cube?
Thinking about using my Kessel A360W blue tuna on my 24Lx24Dx20H 50G tank.
So you think one is enough on this tank? The A360W is rated at 90W. If one light is good what intensity level should I put it at? 1/2 way or 3/4 or full on the knob? |

I run a single 360 over a 24X24X18, it’s eight inches above the water over the center of the tank. I run a schedule on the controller. Max peak is 80% intensity at 50% color. I have a blue montipora dead centered under the light and it’s taking off. 🤷🏻*♂️ lower light corals pyramid out down the rockwork.

I use one on 60 gallon rimless tank. The coverage of 360WE is not sufficient, as I can see the rocks facing at an angle from the light source does not have thriving corrals.

If you’re going to run two they recommend spacing at 18 inches apart and running at 30-40%
