Help IDing corals

I bought this yesterday for $10 with the rock. I think it's a type of leather but not sure, I also have something ( 2nd pic ) on one of my rocks. It's in 3 different places and is Bright Blue under my lights. It's growing pretty fast and has tripled in size in the last 3 weeks. Any help Identifying these corals would be most appreciated. I started my tank in December. No ammonia, or nitrites, nitrates around 80 (working on lowering them, waiting on 2nd r/o-d/i to arrive on Mon to make sure I have 0 TDS in make up water. Phosphates are at less than .25 on chart (next reading after 0). it's a 47 gal tall and I have it linked to a 20 gal long refugium that has a 3" sand bed and tons of Macro.
