Have you tried switching the bulbs around?
Typically changing bulbs won't cause a fixture to fail..Could just be a bad bulb. Or maybe you didnt properly seat the bulb in the socket.

As to where to take it knowing your location may help offer better localized suggestions

Oooppss oh myyyyyy.... lol I'm in So Cal in the Inland Empire, Los Angeles area. Do you think that by changing 1 bulb on 1 side would cause both bulbs to no longer come on?
I thought maybe the lines going in may have had weight placed on them... I will try to change the bulbs back to the previous and see what happens. Thank you.
