tiger tail cucumber stays in one spot?

I noticed he stays in one spot. I did check if he is dead and when I moved rock he moved. Just curious why does he stay in one spot?

It may be where your flow drops food for it. Does it eat and poop sand? If so, he's fine.

Pretty normal...They seem to find a shelter for the daytime and stick around it..
As they get hungry they will venture out more
