White Spots on Shrimp

My 40 gallon breeder tank is now 6 months old. Around the very beginning of March I suffered a major ich outbreak. I made the tank fallow for 7 weeks and keeping only my invertebrates in main tank. I loss all but 2 fish in quarantine, only a yellow tang and a damselfish survived. After quarantine during the last week of April/first week of May, I put fish back into main tank.

This week I noticed white spots on the cleaner shrimp. No spots on the fish. After a couple of days they disappeared off the cleaner shrimp. However., this evening I noticed white spots on the peppermint shrimp. Still no white spots on fish.

Do I need to worry now that ich has reared it's ugly head again?

Jeff

It's likely sand. Ich usually doesn't affect shrimp and it goes through a life cycle so it wouldn't just appear then go away in a manner of hours.
