Green jelly killing torch coral!

Hi guys!
So I noticed one of my heads on my torch coral is dying and I’m not getting as much polyp extension. I took it out and noticed there was some green jelly looking stuff surrounding the dying head and the rest of the coral, I’ve heard of brown jelly however I can’t find any information on this. Do you guys know what this is and if this would be the reason for my torch dying? And even better how to get rid of it I’ve also got a hammer coral close to my torch that hasn’t been extended as much as usual, although I am due to check all my parameters although I will check the coral aswell. Any help would be great!
