Vortech Battery Missing

Had a little power blip with storms in SE. Left Vortech listed Battery OK error which I could not resolve. Then recycled the Vortech and got the Battery missing error. Any suggestions on how to resolve? Thanks.

Float charger may have burned out w/ a power surge.
