Feeding with Neocardinia newborn shrimps

I am in the stage of building a reef aquarium and i plan to feed my fish with newborn or young Neocardinia shrimps (I have a 30 liter aq swarming with hundreds of them). Does anybody have experience with this practice or is there an anticipated problem ?
Thanks
