Aragocrete and Plastics

I have asked about aragocrete previously but can anyone tell me if using PVC pipe for the plastic shavings could be harmful. Is the chlorine component going to be troublesome or is chlorine a major component of all plastics?

Thanks again everyone.

given the volume of PVC in marine aquaria today, I wouldn't be too worried about "normal" PVC leaching. There is only one type (CPVC?) that is suspect to my knowledge.
