best fish food?

was wondering what most consider the best fish foods, which aid in fiish health/nutrition, appearance, etc. i usually just feed mysis, sometimes soaked in selcon, brine and cyclopeeze. i don't know how much the fish get out of cyclopeeze though. i used to feed, i think it was called something spectrum pellets, had a picture of tank on jar. i want something nutritious to feed new maroon clowns, smaller 1 getting picked on alittle, and i want to feed him good, to aid in health, fins, appearance, etc.
