pfo ballast?

there is 3 different pfo ballasts the hqi which i understand but what is the difference between the regular ballast and the eye ballast? and is there different bulbs you can only use ? i just bought a daul 250 ballast pfo seller said its not the eye ballast but how can i be sure and whats the diffence? 2 used bulbs came with it and on the bulbs they say eye? any help would be great thanks Andrew

the PFO EYE ballast are designed for use with iwasakis only, the regular PFO ballast is for non-euro mogul based bulbs and the electronic and HQI will drive anything really.
