Leak in asm-g2

I am having leaks in my asm-g2 skimmer between the body and collection cup. Is there supposed to be an o-ring there?

should be an o-ring....my G3 leaks with the o-ring....you'll find that is a common problem and I haven't seen where anyone has found a solution
