Which of these Two?

I've narrowed my lighting options down to either of these two setups. Now, I intend on having only soft corals, polyps, invertebrates and reef safe fish at first but in time I plan on adding maybe a few LPS and SPS.

Choice #1: Aqualight Pro 2x150 HQI 2x96 Compact Fluorescent w/ 3 Lunar Lamps
Choice #2: Aqualight Pro 2x250 HQI 2x96 Compact Fluorescent w/4 Lunar Lamps

I would go with Choice #1 but will this accomodate the LPS and SPS?
I would go with Choice #2 but I'm afraid this would be to much light for the softies/polyps?

I'm asking for all of you to give me an opion about these two choices and which would be best? I have a 120g AGA Megaflow to which I have not setup yet.

I vote for #2.

The lower light corals can be moved to the bottom or shaded with rock, ect.

They will acclimate to higher light if you do it slowly.

out of those two choices I would go with #2, do they have any that dont use PC lighting? any with VHO or T5 would be much nicer, if they have them.
