Looking for feedback on this product. The pros/cons compared to Icecap or PFO. Not just in pricing.

I have 4 VHO setups- 2 Icecaps and 2 PFO, both using URI bulbs. I have not tested them but visually I Notice no difference. All 4 setups are 4 bulb 110 watts using exact same reflectors.
