Phosban w/ Phosban reactor. with pump,reactor media should cost you inder $75.00. Adding Phosban in a media bag to the sump does not work as well as with a reactor.

I think the best way is to cultivate chaetomorphia macro algae. If you don't have a fuge you can place wads of the stuff behind your rocks. Nature works best IMO.

anybody using prodibio to remove phos. Ive not used my self but Ive heard great things about it.

Best way to remove phosphate from tank

What are the best ways to remove phosphates from the tank.

I was looking into adding Phosphate removing pellets, but wanted to make sure this would work.


Limited budget!!!

Already use RO/DI, only 2 fish in 80, weekly water changes.
