Worm ?

I have this worm type animal living in my tank feeding on algae at night (rarely seen in daylight). It appears elastic like being able to stretch itself 10 - 12 inches. It y's out at what seems to be the front end of the animal and uses those y'd out arms to graze the algae. Can anyone identify this magnificent creature and perhaps even give some detail into it origins ?http://www.geocities.com/nvoke2002/tapeworm.JPG
