Question about lighting combo

I just bought a new tank on ebay and it has 3 250 watt metal halide lamps and spot for two 165 watt 70 inch bulbs, the metal halides are more than enough for tank, but not sure what kind of vho lights i need to buy, anyone with any suggestions out there?

Most people use the MH for getting PAR (photosynthetic) light into the tank, and the VHO for Blue supplementation (actinic or otherwise)
