Will this MH retro work? "grow light"

Alrite I was linked to this by a friend and I am curious if this will works as a means of retro MH lighting for my tank. The only thing I am unsure of is the bulb.

So its 10K BULB I believe

It's a 4100k bulb. Says in the description. Ballast should work with any temp bulb though so long as it's 250w.
