t5 help
I am ignorant when it comes to t5 lighting. I am currently run VHOs on my 75. I'm planning on changing my 30 from fish to reef and was wondering how many t5 bulbs I should run on my 30. How does t5 bulbs compare to VHOs watt for watt?
Thanks |

I woudl gow tih 4 bulbs over your 30 gallon that will give you enough lighting to keep sps and clams if you like.

2 for softies, and 4 four anything else, given you use good individual reflectors. I do not suggest an IceCap ballast for this depth tank unless you are going for the most light demanding corals .
