hitchhiker id (mantis?)

Found this little bugger (<2") in my new jakarta live rock. Looks like some sort of mantis to me, but it seems to be missing his raptor-claws. Any ideas?

Thanks!

I forget the common name for that crustacean, but it's not a mantis.

"Mud shrimp" or something like that rings a bell.
