Auto Top Off (Stoney Reef)

It seem that that my auto top off sticks a bit lately.

I was wondering how you would clean it. Do you have to take it apart (Its the orange one). Do you soak it in vinegar?

It does have some calcium build up on the outside, I made sure it was'nt blocking the hole.

Does anyone do a monthy maintenance on it?

I do love the unit! it works great and I have had it for over a year.

I would simply soak it in vinegar and wipe off what you could. Use your sink sprayer to get some pressure. It is good to do regular cleaningsof these. I need to take my own advice.
